Missed hours and make up hours
You must complete all of your hours. Make sure you complete all hours in each subject. If you are unsure what hours you have missed and in which subjects, contact your instructor and he will go over that information with you.
Exit Exam
You must complete all exit exams with a passing grade to be eligible to sit for the MBLEX. If your average grade is below 70%, you will need to meet with your instructor to determine which exam you need to retake and pass.
To be eligible to sit for the MBLEX exam, all outstanding fees must be paid in full, including the registration fee, book and supply fee, as well as any late fees. If you have not paid your balance if full and wish to do so, please contact your instructor or the director.
You must be fingerprinted in order to get licensed in Florida
To apply for your Florida massage therapy license, you must undergo a Level 2 background screening, which includes electronic fingerprinting. Here are the most local locations to complete this process:

- Provide the Correct ORI Number: When submitting your fingerprints, ensure you provide the correct Originating Agency Identification (ORI) number to the Livescan provider. For the Florida Board of Massage Therapy, the ORI number is EDOH4600Z.
- Bring Necessary Documentation: On the day of fingerprinting, bring two forms of identification, one of which must be a photo ID, such as a driver's license or passport. Additionally, complete the "Electronic Fingerprinting" form and present it to the Livescan provider.
- Timing of Fingerprinting: It's recommended to submit your fingerprints immediately after submitting your licensure application. This ensures timely processing and reduces potential delays.
