Our tuition policy for Post 9/11 GI Bill® (Chapter 33) and VA Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment (Chapter 31) students adheres to 38 USC 3679(e). This ensures that students under Post 9/11 and Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment will not incur charges or penalties due to delayed VA tuition and fee payments.
