Course Description:

Unlock your clients’ potential for improved mobility and functional strength through Myofascial Release, a targeted approach designed to restore balance, reduce restrictions, and enhance performance.

This two-day, hands-on continuing education course is ideal for licensed massage therapists looking to deepen their understanding of the fascial system and its role in movement and strength.
You’ll explore effective techniques that enhance biomechanical alignment, postural awareness, and fascial line integration.

Learning Objectives:

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

  • Identify and assess common fascial restrictions affecting mobility and strength
     
  • Explain the anatomical and functional role of fascia in movement and stability
     
  • Apply Myofascial Release techniques to key areas: hips, shoulders, spine, and lower extremities
     
  • Incorporate active client movement and resistance strategies for neuromuscular re-education
     
  • Adapt techniques for a wide range of clients, from sedentary individuals to athletes
